Findry ("we", "us") helps local businesses get found on Google Search, Maps and local listings. This policy explains what information we collect through findry.pk, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain — no surprises.
1. What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and run the service:
- Contact & enquiry details you give us — your name, business name, city/area, email, phone and website when you book a call or request a free visibility check.
- Business information needed to perform an audit, such as your public Google Business Profile and listings.
- Usage data — basic analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) via Google Analytics 4.
2. How we use it
- To run your free visibility check and reply with the results.
- To schedule and prepare for your call.
- To deliver and improve our services if you become a client.
- To understand and improve how the website performs.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
3. Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager to measure traffic and conversions. Where required by your region, we ask for consent before non-essential cookies load. You can decline analytics cookies without losing access to the site.
4. Who we share with
We share data only with the tools that make the service work — for example our scheduling provider (Calendly), email and a simple CRM — and only to the extent needed. These providers process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails. Email us and we'll action it promptly.
