These terms govern your use of findry.pk and the local-visibility services provided by Findry. By booking a call, requesting a free check, or engaging us, you agree to them. We've kept them straightforward.
1. The services
We provide local SEO setup, Google Business Profile optimisation, and ongoing management as described on our website. The specific scope for your business is confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. Packages & payment
Each plan (Entry, Growth, Basic) has a one-time setup fee and a monthly management fee, as shown on our Pricing page. The setup fee is invoiced before work begins; monthly management is billed monthly in advance. Prices are in PKR and may vary by business size; any variation is confirmed before you commit.
3. Cancellation
Monthly management is month-to-month. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice; we'll complete the current billing period and hand over your profiles and assets. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
4. What we can and can't promise
We commit to doing the agreed work to a professional standard. Because search rankings depend on factors outside our control — Google's algorithms, your competitors, your responsiveness and review volume — we do not guarantee specific rankings or results. We do commit to transparency: you'll see real progress in your monthly report.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us timely access to your Google Business Profile, website and relevant accounts.
- Provide accurate business information.
- Respond to reasonable requests so work isn't delayed.
6. Acceptable practices
We follow Google's guidelines. We do not buy fake reviews, create fake listings, or use tactics that put your business at risk. We expect clients not to ask us to.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
